Meet Anne, Founder of Rapid 1st Aid

I’ve spent more than 20 years working in frontline emergency services and have always been passionate about helping people gain the confidence to respond when it matters most.

I started Rapid 1st Aid in 2004 with a simple goal – making first aid training practical, engaging and relevant to everyday life. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of training thousands of students, supporting local businesses and helping organisations create safer workplaces and communities throughout the Macarthur and South-West Sydney regions.

I believe first aid training should be hands-on, enjoyable and tailored to the people in the room. Whether I’m working with a workplace team, sporting club, school or member of the public, my focus is always on building confidence through practical skills and real-world experience.

Today, Rapid 1st Aid also provides defibrillators, first aid kits and emergency preparedness solutions, helping individuals and organisations feel ready when every second counts.
