About Anne & Rapid 1st Aid
I started Rapid 1st Aid in 2004 with a simple goal – making first aid training practical, engaging and relevant to everyday life.
As a frontline Paramedic, I’ve spent more than 20 years helping people through emergencies and challenging situations. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for everyday people to have the knowledge and confidence to step in and help before emergency services arrive.
What began as a small training business has grown into a trusted provider delivering First Aid and CPR training to individuals, workplaces, sporting clubs, schools and community organisations across the Macarthur and South-West Sydney regions.
My approach has always been simple: make training practical, engaging and relevant. I want every student to leave feeling more confident than when they arrived, with skills they can use in the real world.
Today, Rapid 1st Aid also supplies defibrillators, first aid kits and emergency preparedness solutions, helping businesses and communities create safer environments and be better prepared when every second counts.
